We would like to take a moment to acknowledge that our clients, our staff and their time are all very important to us. While we do understand life happens, (it happens to us too) we also recognize we need to make some changes to improve overall customer service.

To better meet the needs of our appointment availabilities, we will now be enforcing our cancelation policies. Please know that we did not come to this decision easily. However, in order to ensure accurate scheduling and keep costs steady for our customers, we have to be more strict. Of course, we will be as understanding and forgiving as possible when it comes to the reasoning for a last minute cancelation.

**ALL appointments will require a credit card on file to hold the reserved time slot.

**Clients who no-show for an appointment, will be charged 100% of service costs.

**Appointments canceled less than 24hrs in advance, will be charged 50% of service costs.

As always, please continue to utilize our appointment reminder system to avoid any unwanted charges. We will still send texts, emails and even make phone calls if you don't confirm or cancel via text/email. You are able to cancel via text and email. If it's after hours, please don't hesitate to send us a Facebook message to cancel.
